Making the World More Emotionally Intelligent

What We Do

We're building the world's first AI that can truly understand and predict human emotions and improve mental health. Not just detecting if you're smiling or frowning, but actually knowing what you're going through.

Think of it like this: Current AI is like a really smart machine that memorized every book ever written. Our AI is like a caring robot that actually gets you and knows what will make you feel better.

How We Do It

We've created a program over years of trials called "The Container" where people come together in a safe, supportive environment. During this time, they share their real feelings—their fears, hopes, struggles, and dreams—while we carefully collect information about what they're experiencing.

This gives us something no other tech company has: real emotional data from real people who are being completely honest. You can't get this kind of information by just reading what people post online or tracking their clicks.

Why This Matters

Right now, AI is everywhere—in our phones, our homes, our hospitals, and our schools. But most AI feels cold and puzzled by humans. It can be helpful, but it doesn't really understand us, and in some cases it’s actually causing harm.

We're building AI that can:

  • Help someone who's feeling depressed lift their spirits

  • Support veterans struggling with difficult memories

  • Help kids stay focused on homework when they have ADHD

  • Guide people away from unhealthy habits and toward healthier choices

Our Big Goal

We are creating technology that feels less like talking to a machine and more like having a wise, patient friend who's always there to help.

We've spent over 20 years studying how emotions work and how to increase a person’s feeling of agency in their lives. Now we're combining that knowledge with the most advanced AI technology to create something that's never existed before.

We aim to create digital therapeutic tools powered by an EmotionAI Model to combat serious mental illnesses.

You know how you can tell your best friend is sad just by looking at their face? Or how your mom knows you're worried about something even before you say it? That's because humans are really good at understanding emotions.

But computers? Not so much. They can talk to you, answer questions, and even beat you at chess—but they have no idea how you're actually feeling.

That's what we're fixing.

Our Mission

To create AI systems that understand the human emotion experience, enabling technology that feels alive, trustworthy, and indispensable rather than hollow and alienating.

Our Vision

As AgenticAI becomes ubiquitous, platforms integrating genuine emotional intelligence will define the next era of human-machine interaction. We're building that foundation—combining 20+ years of applied research with cutting-edge AI to address serious mental health challenges while creating substantial commercial value.
